摘要
猕猴桃营养丰富,是公认的"水果之王",综述了猕猴桃的营养成分、保健功效和药用价值,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为猕猴桃的产业化开发提供参考依据。
Kiwifruit is a new fruit with rich nourishment known as the"king of fruits",the nutrients,health function and medicinal value of kiwifruit were introduced,and future development of kiwifruit was described,so as to provide references for industrialized development of kiwifruit.
