摘要
目的:探究营养支持联合睡眠干预对食管癌患者营养、情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年4月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的食管癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=37),观察组接受营养支持联合睡眠干预,对照组接受常规食管癌护理干预,对比2组患者干预前后营养指标、不良情绪以及睡眠质量的差异。结果:干预后观察组患者人血白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)以及转铁蛋白(TRF)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者联合开展营养支持与睡眠干预有助于改善其营养状态,缓解其焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,同时还有助于提高其睡眠质量,具有一定的推广应用前景。
Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional support combined with sleep intervention on nutrition,mood and sleep quality of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=37)according to the envelope method.The observation group received nutritional support combined with sleep intervention,and the control group received regular nursing intervention for esophageal cancer.The differences in nutritional indicators,bad mood and sleep quality between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of human albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb)and transferrin(TRF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P s<0.05).After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).After intervention,the dimensions and total scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nutritional support and sleep intervention for patients with esophageal cancer can help improve their nutritional status,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and improve their sleep quality,which has a certain prospect of popularization and application.
