摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预在连续肾脏替代疗法(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)治疗2型糖尿病合并重症肾衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月—2022年7月福建医科大学附属第一医院接收的86例行CRRT治疗的2型糖尿病合并重症肾衰竭患者,根据随机数表法均分为对照组(43例,给予常规护理干预)与研究组(43例,给予综合性护理干预),1个月后比较两组患者的血糖指标、肾功能指标及治疗期间不良事件发生情况。结果研究组的血糖指标及肾功能指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CRRT治疗期间不良事件发生率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并重症肾衰竭患者在CRRT治疗期间辅以综合护理,能够明显降低血糖水平,预防CRRT不良事件,改善肾功能指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with severe renal failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and severe renal failure receiving CRRT treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases,receiving routine nursing intervention)and study group(43 cases,receiving comprehensive nursing intervention)according to random number table method.After 1 month,blood glucose index,renal function index and adverse event occurrence during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The glucose index and renal function index of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during CRRT in the study group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 20.93%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplementary comprehensive nursing care during CRRT for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with severe renal failure can significantly reduce blood glucose levels,prevent CRRT adverse events and improve renal function indexes.
