摘要
目的 探讨在永久性心脏起搏器植入患者中应用互联网+多元联动模式延续护理的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月江西省南昌市第一医院住院或门诊复诊的120例永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者为研究对象,在组间年龄、性别均衡可比的原则上,将患者分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用“互联网+多元联动模式”的延续护理。干预12个月后,比较两组患者不良事件发生率、生活质量和护理满意度。结果 干预12个月后,观察组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预12个月后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,观察组升高幅度大于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预12个月后,观察组患者对护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于互联网联合多元联动的延续护理模式可有效降低永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者不良事件的发生率,提高患者的生活质量水平和护理满意程度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the Internet+multilinkage model of continuity of care in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods 120 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation who were hospitalised or outpatient follow-up in the First Hospital of Nanchang,Jiangxi,from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study object,they were divided into the control group and the observation group on the principle of balanced and comparable age and gender between the groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted the"Internet+multilinkage model"of extended care.After 12 months of intervention,the incidence of adverse events,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months of intervention,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The diff erence in quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).After 12 months of intervention,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased,and the increase in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,patients in the observation group were more satisfi ed with nursing care than the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuity nursing model based on the Internet and multiple linkages could eff ectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation,and improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
