摘要
目的:了解武汉市某医院与社区卫生服务中心双向转诊现状,分析影响双向转诊的相关因素。方法:采用问卷调查的形式,对武汉市某医院与社区卫生服务中心医务人员进行调查,调查数据采用SPSS12.0进行统计学处理。结果:武汉市社区卫生服务中心向医院的"单向转诊"占大多数,缺乏互动;医疗费用和经济利益等问题仍困扰着双向转诊的实施;医院和社区医务人员对转诊认识存在差异,医院医务人员转诊意识不强。结论:实行社区卫生服务首诊制,医疗保险分级报销制,社区医疗人才流动和培养机制。
Objective： The article is to reflect the current situation ofmutual referral between a city hospital and community health service center in Wuhan, to analyze the relevant factors which influenced the mutual referral, and to provide suggestions and methods for concrete issues. Method： The questionnaire was applied to the medical personnel of the hospital and center, and statistics was processed by using the software SPSS 12.0. Result： First, the ＂single-party referral＂ of patients from the community medical service center to the city hospital are in the majority, lacking effective interaction between them. Moreover, an effective way to solve the problems caused by ＂mutual referral＂, like medical costs sharing between them which still remain to be dealt with. In addition, medical personnel in the hospital and service center hold different opinions on＇mutual referral＇, and the awareness of the medical personnel in the hospital is a weak part （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The first diagnosis system of community health service center is the basis and guarantee of mutual referral, medical insurance reimbursement levels are driving force to achieve mutual referral, and mobility and cultivation of general practitioners in community health service are stabilizers to mutual referral.
