摘要
目的研究急性脑梗死患者接受阿替普酶和尿激酶治疗的效果以及安全性。方法80例急性脑梗死患者,利用电脑随机法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组应用阿替普酶治疗,对照组应用尿激酶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后的日常生活能力评分与神经功能缺损评分、不良事件发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.0%,与对照组的85.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分分别为(75.13±5.28)、(13.57±3.68)分,与对照组的(74.11±4.59)、(14.22±3.72)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为10.0%,与对照组的15.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者应用阿替普酶与尿激酶治疗均效果理想,可以显著改善患者的日常生活能力以及神经功能,且不会引发严重不良事件,治疗安全性高,临床可根据患者具体情况选择用药。
Objective To study the effect and safety of alteplase and urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The research group was treated with alteplase,and the control group with urokinase.The clinical efficacy,activities of daily living score and neurological deficit score after treatment,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 90.0%,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with that of 85.0%of the control group.After treatment,the activities of daily living score and neurological deficit score were(75.13±5.28)and(13.57±3.68)points in the research group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with those of(74.11±4.59)and(14.22±3.72)points in the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the research group was 10.0%,which was not statistically significant compared with 15.0%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both alteprase and urokinase is ideal in clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve patients'activities of daily living and neurological function,without causing serious adverse reactions,and has high treatment safety.Clinical selection of drugs can be made based on the specific situation of patients.
