摘要
慢性肾脏病是临床常见复杂难治疾病之一,高继宁教授对于治疗该疾病具有其独特的理念和方法。针对其临床表现,高继宁教授提出“脾肾亏虚,湿毒瘀阻”是慢性肾脏病的病机,应将“以肾为主,五脏同调,通腑泄浊化瘀”作为基本治疗原则,并创方剂强肾汤以治疗早期慢性肾脏病,临床效果显著,为防治该病提供了一种全新的思路。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is one of clinical common complex refractory diseases,Professor Gao Jining has unique ideas and methods for treating this disease.According to its clinical manifestations,Professor Gao Jining proposed that the pathogen-esis of the disease is spleen and kidney deficiency and damp toxin stasis.He regards that regulating five zang organs especially the kidney,unblocking fu organs,repelling turbidity and transforming stasis as the basic therapeutic principles.He created Qiangshen de-coction to treat CKD,and the clinical effect is remarkable.This method provided a new idea for the clinical prevention and treatment of CKD.
