摘要
总结王轩教授从肾虚督瘀角度运用通督活血汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床经验。王轩教授认为强直性脊柱炎的发生在于先天肝肾不足,后天督脉瘀阻,瘀阻痹痛为标,肝肾亏虚为本。根据“不荣则痛,不通则痛”理论提出了“痛痹病,当通补并用”的思想。临床用药以通督活血汤为基础方,补肾通督,兼以调肝、健脾、活血、祛湿等法,标本同治,虚实兼顾,疗效颇佳。
This study summarizes Prof.Wang Xuan′s clinical experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis with Tongdu Huoxue Decoction from the perspective of kidney deficiency and governor vessel stasis.Prof.Wang Xuan believes that the occurrence of ankylosing spondylitis lies in congenital deficiency of liver and kidney,and acquired blood stasis in governor vessel.Stasis obstruction leading to pain is the manifestation,and the deficiency of liver and kidney is the root cause.According to the theory of“pain is caused by loss of nourishment and obstruction in the meridians of the body”,Prof.Wang Xuan puts forward the idea of“pain diseases should be treated by dredging and tonifying collaterals”.The clinical medication is based on Tongdu Huoxue Decoction,which can tonify the kidney and unblock the governor vessel,regulate the liver,invigorate the spleen,promote blood circulation and remove dampness.It treats both the root cause and manifestations,and takes into account both the deficiency and the excess,with quite good effect.
