摘要
医疗人员资质授权管理是一项非常复杂且重要的工作,目前我国各医疗机构承担了该项工作的主要责任,但在医疗资质授权管理上均存在一定的不足。本文通过介绍杭州市某妇产科医院医疗资质授权管理体系的情况、工作流程的情况,分析其中存在的问题,从而对未来医疗资质授权管理提出新的设想及建议,具体包括:全面信息化管理,医疗资质分类项目优化,医疗资质授权的激励以及互联网+医疗资质授权的管理。
The management of medical personnel qualification authorization is a very complex and important task.At present,various medical institutions in my country have assumed the main responsibility for this work,but there are certain deficiencies in the management of medical qualification authorization.This article introduces the situation of the medical qualification authorization management system and the working process of a certain obstetrics and gyne⁃cology hospital in Hangzhou,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward new ideas and suggestions for the future medical qualification authorization management,specifically including:comprehensive information management,opti⁃mization of medical qualification classification items,incentives for medical qualification authorization,and manage⁃ment of Internet+medical qualification authorization.
