摘要
目的探讨医师多点执业的影响因素与管理建议。方法运用自由列举访谈法对31位相应领域专家进行访谈,分析影响医师多点执业因素;运用战略机会窗口分析法系统分析了当前医师多点执业的优势、劣势、机会、面临的障碍。结果除医师个人条件外,20个可能的因素影响医师多点执业;SWOT分析初步提出了管理策略。结论医师多点执业受多种因素综合影响,要有针对性地提出规范管理医师多点执业政策建议。
Objectives： To find the influence factors and management measures of doctor＇ s multi-sited licensed. Methods： 31 experts were selected and in-depth interview were used to analyze doctor multi-sited licensed influence factors and its management measures. SWOT framework was used to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and barriers. Results： Besides personal conditions, there are about 20 factors influencing doctor multi-sited license. SWOT method was used to analyze the management measures. Conclusions： doctor＇ s multi-sited license is influenced by comprehensive factors and policy suggestions is considered to in accordance of problems.
