摘要
目的分析基于可视化知识图谱的分层级培训方案在低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2022年11月宜春市第二人民医院工作的80名低年资护士作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(40名)与干预组(40名),干预组采用基于可视化知识图谱的分层级培训方案,对照组采用常规培训方案。比较两组护士的考核成绩、综合能力评估、胜任力评估与培训满意度。结果干预组护士培训后的考核成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组培训后的各项综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组培训后的胜任力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低年资护士培训中应用基于可视化知识图谱的分层级培训方案效果显著,能提升护士的考核得分、综合能力与胜任力,获得更高的培训满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical training scheme based on visual knowledge map in the training of junior nurses.Methods A total of 80 junior nurses in the the Second People's Hospital of Yichun from September 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into control group(n=40)and intervention group(n=40).The intervention group adopted the hierarchical training scheme based on the visual knowledge map,and the control group adopted the conventional training scheme.The assessment results,comprehensive ability assessment,competency assessment and training satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores of nurses in the intervention group after training were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of comprehensive abilities of the intervention group after training were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The competency score of the intervention group after training was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical training scheme based on visual knowledge map in the training of junior nurses has significant effect,which can improve the assessment score,comprehensive ability and competency of nurses,and obtain higher training satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
