Objective To study the application effect and value of experiential learning circle theory in the process of anaphylactic shock first aid training for nurses with low seniority. Methods A total of 42 junior nurses in the ward from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the different first-aid training methods they had received for anaphylactic shock, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 21 junior nurses in each group.Among them, the junior nurses in the control group carried out the first aid training of anaphylactic shock by case teaching method, and the junior nurses in the observation group carried out the first aid training of anaphylactic shock by experiential learning circle theory. Results Before training, there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical scores and first-aid skills,P>0.05;after training, the theory,first-aid skills and evaluation of training methods of the nurses in the observation group were relatively higher, and there were significant differences compared with the nurses in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential learning circle theory is a relatively ideal training method in the process of anaphylactic shock first aid training for nurses with low seniority. It is highly appreciated by nurses with low seniority and is helpful to improve their theory and first aid skills.
