摘要
要在近几年城市工作会议中提出,要推动发展尺度适宜、配套完善、邻里和谐的生活街区,营造街区环境和建筑风貌成为城市高质量发展的重要体现。面对新时期发展契机和机遇,城市空间结构转型和交通骨架的重构提升需加大老城区更新改造治理力度。该文以孝感市槐荫大道街景整治为例,利用GIS技术、实景三维技术、入户调查等信息化手段,深度剖析槐荫大道两侧建筑立面与空间存在问题,探究建筑整治影响主要因素,考虑平衡资金投入与实施工程效果的匹配程度最优解,提出拆除更新、重点整治、风貌协调等建筑分类的方法与思路,有效落实城市风貌和街区形象。
In recent years,in the urban work conference,it is proposed to promote the development of living blocks with suitable scale,perfect supporting facilities and harmonious neighbors,and the construction of block environment and architectural style has become an important embodiment of the high-quality development of the city.In the face of the development opportunities in the new era,the transformation of urban spatial structure and the reconstruction and upgrading of the traffic framework,the renewal and renovation of the old city should be strengthened.Taking Xiaogan Huaiyin avenue street regulation as an example,using GIS technology,real 3D technology,household survey information,we make an in-depth analysis on the building facade and space problems of Huaiyin avenue on both sides,and explore the main factors of building renovation,we also consider the balance funding and implementation effect of matching solution,then we propose demolition update,key regulation,style and coordination building classification methods and ideas,so as to effectively implement the city style and block image.
