摘要
作为城市微更新的特定类型,社区微更新是预防社区衰败的重要举措。基于社区治理的角度,将社区微更新划分成两个圈层—微更新项目行动圈层和微更新制度环境圈层,并对社区微更新进行分类,探讨社区微更新的成效和隐忧,提出基于善治理论的社区微更新改善策略。
As a specific type of urban micro-renewal,community micro-renewal is an important measure to prevent the decline of community.Based on the community governance,the paper divides the micro-renewal range in two levels:projects action level and institutional environment level,analyzes the effect and problems of micro-renewal,puts forward the improving strategies.
