摘要
目的观察温阳通督药物罐对肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者胸廓活动度、枕墙距、Schober试验的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2020年10月甘肃省中医院风湿骨病中心收治的174例肾虚督寒型AS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为三组,每组58例。试验组采用药物罐治疗,对照一组采用玻璃火罐治疗,对照二组采用水煮拇指罐治疗,三组均采用基础治疗。观察三组患者治疗前后胸廓活动度、枕墙距、Schober试验变化情况。结果试验组、对照一组、对照二组治疗3个疗程后,胸廓活动度分别明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组、对照一组、对照二组治疗3个疗程后,枕墙距分别明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,三组患者Schober试验值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗3个疗程后Schober试验值明显高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通督药物罐可改善肾虚督寒型AS患者体征指标及脊柱功能。
Objective To observe the effects of warming Yang and Tongdu drug jars on thoracic mobility,occipital wall distance,and the Schober test in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and cold-type kidney deficiency.Methods One hundred seventy-four patients with ankylosing spondylitis and super vascular coldtype kidney deficiency who were admitted to the Rheumatism and Bone Disease Center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into three groups using the random number table method,with 58 subjects in each group.The test group was treated with a drug jar,control group one was treated with a glass fire jar,and control group two was treated with a boiled thumb jar;all three groups received basic treatment.The changes in thoracic mobility,occipital wall distance,and Schober test were recorded in the three groups before and after treatment.Results After three courses of treatment,thoracic mobility was significantly higher than pre-treatment thoracic mobility in the test group and control groups one and two,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the occipital wall distance was significantly lower than the pre-treatment occipital wall distance in the test group and control groups one and two;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the Schober test values of the three groups(P>0.05);after 3 courses of treatment in the test group,the Schober test value was significantly higher than that before treatment in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming Yang and Tongdu drug jars is shown to improve physical indicators and spinal function in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and cold-type kidney deficiency.
