摘要
传统村落的活化利用是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。本研究以武陵山片区735个传统村落为研究对象,利用GIS工具分析传统村落时空分布特征;运用可达性测算公式、OLS线性回归方法和GWR模型探究传统村落可达性、影响因素和空间异化效应。研究表明:(1)武陵山片区传统村落形成时间跨度大,主要集中于明、清两个时期,约占总数的80.8%;(2)武陵山片区传统村落数量多、密度大、呈集聚型分布,主要集聚分布于中部,东部、南部,西部次之,北部呈分散型布局;(3)武陵山片区传统村落可达性水平总体较低且村落之间差异大,可达性均值为260.5 min,极差高达339.5 min;可达性200 min以上的传统村落占比78.61%,整体呈现“中心地区高、边缘地区低、圈层式分布”空间格局;(4)高程和路网密度是武陵山片区传统村落可达性的主要影响因素,高程与可达性呈负相关关系,路网密度与可达性呈正相关关系,而坡度、水系对可达性影响不显著。
The activation and utilization of traditional villages is an important way to realize rural revitalization.Took 735 traditional villages in Wuling mountain area as the research object,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of traditional villages were analyzed by using GIS tools.The accessibility calculation formula,OLS linear regression method and GWR Model were used to explore the accessibility,influencing factors and spatial alienation effect of traditional villages.Research results are as follows.(1) The formation of traditional villages in Wuling mountain area has a long time span,mainly concentrated in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,accounting for about 80.8% of the total.(2) The traditional villages of Wuling mountain area are large in number and density.The distribution of the traditional villages is an agglomeration type.Traditional villages are mainly concentrated in the middle post,followed by the eastern part,the southern part and the western part,and the northern part is in a decentralized layout.(3) The accessibility level of traditional villages in Wuling mountain area is generally low and there are great differences among villages.The average accessibility is 260.5 minutes,and the range is as high as 339.5 minutes.The proportion of traditional villages with accessibility of more than 200 minutes accounts for 78.61%,showing a spatial pattern of “high in the central area,low in the marginal areas,and circular distribution” as a whole.(4) Elevation and road network density are the main factors affecting the accessibility of traditional villages in Wuling mountain area.Elevation is negatively correlated with the accessibility of traditional villages,while road network density is positively correlated with the accessibility,while slope and water system have no significant influence on the accessibility.
