摘要
随着我国节能建筑工程项目数量和规模的不断增长,建筑工程质量和过程优化性低的问题造成了一定的经济损失。针对我国节能建筑工程的特点,本文探讨了基于BIM技术在节能建筑工程施工管理中的应用方法。通过建立BIM三维模型,设计BIM精细化管理架构,对各专业构件进行精细化管理,最后对施工进度计划进行编制与模拟,完成BIM技术在节能建筑工程精细化施工管理中的应用设计。同时,在实际的案例中使用BIM设计的方法对工程进行碰撞检测,结果表明该方法得到的碰撞检测结果与实际情况能够相对应,验证了该方法精细化施工管理的有效性。
With the continuous growth of the number and scale of energy-saving construction projects in China,the low quality and process optimization of construction projects have caused certain economic losses.According to the characteristics of energy-saving building projects in China,this article explores the application method of BIM technology in construction management of energy-saving building projects.Through the establishment of 3D BIM model,a refined BIM management framework is designed to conduct the refined management of various professional components.Finally the preparation and simulation of the construction schedule is made,and he application design of BIM technology in the refined construction management of energy-saving building projects is completed.At the same time,the BIM design method is used in practical cases for collision detection in engineering.The results show that the collision detection results obtained by the design method can correspond to the actual situation,which verifies the effectiveness of the refined construction management.
