摘要
创业激情对大学生机会识别能力的提升有重要的诱导作用。基于文献梳理,构建了创业风险倾向调节作用下的创业激情对机会识别的影响模型,利用346份有效问卷进行实证检验,研究结果表明:大学生的发明激情和创建激情均能有效促进机会识别能力的提升,发明激情比创建激情更有助于大学生对机会的捕捉。作为调节变量的创业风险倾向能够增强创建激情对创业机会识别的正向影响,但会负向强化发明激情对机会识别的作用。对提高大学生机会识别能力和风险承担能力提出建议。
Entrepreneurial passion has an important inducing effect on the improvement of college students'ability to identify opportunities.Based on the literature combing,the influencing model of entrepreneurial passion on opportunity recognition under the role of entrepreneurial risk tendency adjustment was constructed,and 346 valid questionnaires are used for empirical verification.The results of the study show that the passion for invention and the passion for creation of college students can effectively promote the improvement of opportunity recognition ability,but the passion for invention is more conducive to college students'capture of opportunities than the passion for creation.The propensity of entrepreneurial risk as a regulatory variable can enhance the positive effect of creating passion on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,but can negatively strengthen the role of invention passion on opportunity recognition.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve college students'opportunity identification ability and risk bearing capacity.
