摘要
为解决“Y”型通风的8305综采工作面采空区漏风导致采空区遗煤自燃的问题,利用示踪技术对“Y”型通风工作面采空区漏风情况进行了测定,定性、定量分析了漏风流场分布规律,现场首先在两顺槽施工密集钻孔切顶卸压,然后采用锚索支护、钢棚挡杆补强沿空留巷,最后采用双层金属网+风筒+喷浆的综合工艺封堵采空区。应用结果表明,综合封堵技术可有效治理“Y”型通风采空区漏风问题。
To solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf caused by air leakage in the 8305 fully mechanized mining face with"Y"ventilation,the article uses tracing technology to measure the air leakage situation in the goaf of the"Y"ventilation working face,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the distribution law of the air leakage flow field.At the site,dense drilling and roof cutting are first carried out to relieve pressure in the two parallel grooves.Then,anchor cable support and steel shed retaining rods are used to reinforce the remaining roadway along the goaf.Finally,a comprehensive process of double-layer metal mesh,air duct,and spraying is used to seal the goaf,whose application results indicate that the comprehensive sealing technology can effectively address the"Y"type ventilation leakage problem.
