摘要 为了准确划分Y型通风下采空区瓦斯与自然发火耦合灾害的范围,防止瓦斯与自然发火灾害事故的发生,以青龙煤矿21606工作面为例,建立了Y型通风下采空区的数值模型,利用COMSOL软件对采空区流场、瓦斯浓度场进行了数值模拟,以采空区漏风流场和瓦斯浓度场分布为依据,对瓦斯与自然发火耦合灾害的区域进行了划分,并通过SF6示踪实验对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,采空区自然发火危险区域自回风侧向进风侧大体呈L型分布;瓦斯积聚区位于采空区深部、上隅角与通风立眼等处;耦合致灾区位于工作面后方20-70m以及通风立眼附近;通过对比分析,SF6示踪实验的结果与数值模拟的结果基本一致,验证了数值模型的可靠性,为采空区瓦斯与自然发火耦合灾害区域的划分提供了技术支持。 In order to accurately classify the scope of gas and spontaneous combustion coupled hazard in goaf under Y-shaped ventilation, and prevent the gas and s spontaneous combustion disasters, a numerical model is established using COMSOL based on the engineering background of 21606 working face in Qinglong Coal Mine, to simulate the flow field and gas concentration field in the goaf. Based on the flow field and gas concentration field distribution in the goaf, the area of gas and spontaneous combustion coupled hazard is classified, and the results are verified with SF6 tracer. The results show that the spontaneous combustion hazard area in the goaf is generally L-shaped from the return air side to the air inlet side;the gas accumulation area is located in the deep part of the goaf, the upper corner and the ventilation vertical hole;the coupled hazard area is located 20-70 m behind the working face and the vicinity of the ventilation vertical hole;the results of SF6 tracer test are basically consistent with the numerical simulation, verifying the reliability of the numerical model.
