摘要
针对恒源煤矿Ⅱ634工作面切眼留巷受到复杂动压影响下断面变形大,无法实现其功能的问题,利用理论分析和现场监测等方法,研究复杂动压下大采深、大断面切眼留巷顶板失稳机理和巷道支护相互协调方式优化,提出了新的切眼留巷顶板支护方案以及优化的单元式支架“先稳后跟,单定双进,交叉紧贴”的安装流程,为复杂动压下顶板支护新型技术研究提炼出一套比较可行的支护方法和措施,对于今后类似的复合顶板、大断面、大埋深、沿空留巷等复杂动压条件下的顶板支护具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
In view of the large deformation of the section under the influence of complex dynamic pressure and the inability to realize its function,the roof instability mechanism of large mining depth and large section cut and retained roadway under complex dynamic pressure and the optimization of the coordination mode of roadway support are studied by using the methods of theoretical analysis and field monitoring,This paper puts forward a new roof support scheme of cut hole retaining roadway and the optimized installation process of unit support"stabilizing the heel first,single setting,double entry,cross and close",so as to extract a set of feasible support methods and measures for the research of new roof support technology under complex dynamic pressure,which has a very important reference significance for similar roof support under complex dynamic pressure conditions such as composite roof,large section,large buried depth and retaining roadway along goaf in the future.
