摘要
本文主要介绍周红海教授治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床经验。周红海教授结合自身多年的临床经验归纳肱骨外上髁炎总的病因是风寒湿邪侵袭,并认为瘀在肱骨外上髁炎的形成过程中起到重要的作用,中药内治当以祛瘀、散邪、止痛。手法治疗上提出恢复肘关节生物力学平衡是治疗本病的关键所在。并基于韦氏“六通”理论,从整体观念出发,将脊柱整治与关节错缝调节有机结合,创立脊柱整治手法结合平拉牵抖法治疗该病,取得了较为满意的临床疗效。
This article mainly introduces the clinical experience of Professor Zhou Honghai in treating external humeral epicondylitis.Based on his years of clinical experience,Professor Zhou Honghai concluded that the overall cause of external humeral epicondylitis is the invasion of wind,cold and dampness,and believed that blood stasis plays an important role in the formation of external humeral epicondylitis,and its pathological factors are joint instability,synovial entrapment and nerve entrapment.It is suggested that restoring the biomechanical balance of the elbow joint is the key to the treatment of this disease,and the importance of adjusting the cervical vertebra sequence is emphasized.Based on the theory of meridian tendons of traditional Chinese medicine and from the overall concept,the internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the adjustment of joint dislocation were organically combined to create the flat pulling and pulling and shaking method to treat the disease,which has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.
