摘要
目的基于文献数据挖掘探讨中药外治肱骨外上髁炎(LHE)的用药组方规律。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网及中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2025年2月收录的中药外用治疗LHE的相关文献,提取完整的中药处方,并将各中药名称标准化后构建数据库。采用频次、关联规则、聚类分析和复杂网络分析等数据挖掘方法分析高频中药、核心药物及组方规律。结果共纳入129首有效中药处方,涉及157味中药。高频药物为红花、伸筋草、当归等。性味和归经方面,药性以温、平、微温为主,药味以辛、苦、甘居多,主要归肝、脾、心经。功效分布中,以祛风除湿、祛风止痛、祛风湿、舒筋活络类中药最常用。复杂网络分析筛选出新复方1首。关联规则分析得到“伸筋草-透骨草”“乳香-没药”等高频药对14组。高频中药聚类分析获得5组核心药物配伍。结论中药外治LHE以祛风除湿、舒筋活络、散瘀止痛为主要治法,辛温行散贯穿治疗始终,可为LHE临床治疗及新药开发提供参考。
Objective To investigate medication prescription rules of Chinese materia medica in the external treatment of lateral humeral epicondylitis(LHE)based on literature data mining.Methods The relevant literature on Chinese materia medica in the external treatment of LHE in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM databases from database establishment to February 2025 were systematically searched.Complete Chinese materia medica prescriptions were extracted,the database was constructed after standardization of names for various Chinese materia medica.Data mining methods such as frequency,association rules,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were used to analyze high frequency Chinese materia medica,core drugs,and prescription rules.Results A total of 129 effective Chinese materia medica prescriptions were included,involving 157 Chinese materia medica.High frequency drugs included Carthami Flos,Lycopodii Herba,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,etc.In nature and flavor,channel tropism,main drugs nature were warm,mild,and microtherm,drugs flavor were mostly spicy,bitter,and sweet,mainly attributed to liver,spleen,and heart channels.In terms of efficacy distribution,the most commonly used Chinese materia medica were those that dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,dispelling wind and relieving pain,dispelling wind dampness,and relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals.Complex network analysis screened one new compound.Association rule analysis revealed 14 pairs of high-frequency drugs such as“Lycopodii Herba-Impatiens Balsamina”,“Olibanum-Myrrha”.High frequency clustering analysis of Chinese materia medica yielded 5 core drug combinations.Conclusion Chinese materia medica in the external treatment of LHE mainly focuses on dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals,and relieving blood stasis and pain,xingsan with pungent and warm natured drug runs through the entire treatment process,can provide reference for clinical treatment of LHE and the development of new drugs.
