摘要
目的:观察活血宁心安神方联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(SAP)合并失眠的临床疗效。方法:将96例SAP合并失眠患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。2组均予SAP西医常规治疗措施,对照组加用艾司唑仑口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予活血宁心安神方联合穴位贴敷治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组心绞痛疗效、失眠疗效、心绞痛发作情况,以及治疗前后中医证候积分以及匹茨堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组心绞痛总有效率为86.58%,对照组为72.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组失眠总有效率为95.83%,对照组为81.25%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分、PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分、PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血宁心安神方联合穴位贴敷辅助治疗SAP合并失眠症,可有效缓解患者心绞痛和失眠症状,改善中医证候积分,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Ningxin Anshen Prescription combined with point application for stable angina pectoris(SAP)of coronary heart disease complicated with insomnia.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with SAP complicated with insomnia were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment of SAP;the control group was additionally treated with the oral administration with Estazolam,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Ningxin Anshen Prescription combined with point application based on the treatment of the control group.After a four-week treatment,the curative effect of angina pectoris and insomnia,the incidence of angina pectoris were compared between the two groups;traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 86.58%in the observation group and 72.92%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of insomnia was 95.83%in the observation group and 81.25%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the frequency and duration of angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the adjuvant therapy of SAP complicated with insomnia,Huoxue Ningxin Anshen Prescription combined with point application can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and insomnia,improve TCM syndrome scores,and enhance clinical effects.
