摘要
探讨冠心病心绞痛患者以中药穴位贴敷进行治疗的效果。采用随机双盲法将2024年1月-2024年12月张掖市中医医院收治的60例冠心病心绞痛患者分为对照组(30例,常规西药治疗)与试验组(30例,在常规西药基础上联合中药穴位贴敷治疗),比较两组的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,试验组左室射血分数显著高于对照组,左室收缩末期内径及左室舒张末期内径显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组内皮素、血栓素B_(2)水平显著低于对照组,前列腺素F1α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组胸痛、胸闷、心悸及呼吸困难症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组心绞痛发作持续时间显著短于对照组,发作频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,中药穴位贴敷可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者心功能,调节血清指标,缓解临床症状,减少心绞痛发作频率与持续时间,具有临床推广价值。
To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint application in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and angina pectoris.A total of 60 CHD patients with angina pectoris admitted to Zhangye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to December 2024 were divided into the control group(30 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and the experimental group(30 cases,treated with TCM acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine)by random double-blind method.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin and thromboxane B_(2) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of prostaglandin F1αwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,and dyspnea in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina attacks in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the attack frequency was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that TCM acupoint application can effectively improve cardiac function,regulate serum indexes,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce the frequency and duration of angina attacks in patients with CHD and angina pectoris,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
