摘要
文章选择具有代表性的32家物流企业为研究对象,基于TOE框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),探究物流企业数字化转型成效的多重并发因素影响机制。研究发现:物流企业的数字化转型成效具有“多重并发”的特点,需要多个条件变量共同作用;企业数字化投入对于物流企业的数字化转型成效至关重要;市场竞争性对物流企业的数字化转型成效具有积极性作用。上述研究结果可以为后续物流企业实施数字化转型提供路径参考。
This paper selected 32 representative logistics enterprises as the research objects,and based on the TOE framework,adopted the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to explore the influence mechanism of multiple concurrent factors on the effectiveness of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises.According to the research results,it provided a path reference for the follow-up logistics enterprises to implement digital transformation.
