摘要
数字技术与开放式创新间的融合对企业创新绩效的影响机制尚需理论探索。本文基于战略融合的观点提出了数字化开放式创新的概念,并基于知识管理视角建立了一个有调节的中介模型,旨在探讨数字化开放式创新对创新绩效的影响机制,以及知识场活性的中介作用和产业环境动态性的调节作用。基于207家中国企业的问卷调查数据,运用Process宏程序进行了回归分析,结果表明:数字化开放式创新对企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;知识场活性在此过程中发挥了部分中介作用,且影响机制会受到产业环境动态性的调节,即产业环境动态性增强了知识场活性的中介作用。研究结论为促进数字化和开放式创新理论的融合研究提供了理论借鉴。
The impact of the alignment of digital technology and open innovation on innovation performance still needs to be explored theoretically.Based on the relevant theories of open innovation and strategic integration,it proposed the concept of digital open innovation,and established a moderated mediation model,aiming to explore the influence mechanism of digital open innovation on innovation performance,as well as the mediating effect of knowledge field activity and the moderating effect of industrial environment.It used Process macro program to carry out regression analysis based on the questionnaire survey data of 207 Chinese enterprises.Results show that digital open innovation has a significantly positive impact on innovation performance of the enterprises.Digital open innovation has a significantly positive impact on innovation performance.Knowledge field activity plays a mediating role and this effect is moderated by industrial environmental dynamism.Under the high industrial environmental dynamism,the mediating role of knowledge field activity is enhanced.The conclusions provide a new theoretical basis for the alignment of digital transformation and open innovation of enterprises.
