摘要
目的:探讨获卵数对胚胎植入前遗传学检测(PGT)周期囊胚活检的影响。方法:获卵数≤8个拟行PGT周期患者分为获卵数1~3个组、4~6个组、7~8个组;比较各组胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查(PGT-A)周期占比、每取卵周期行PGT活检周期占比、卵母细胞利用率(每卵子活检囊胚数)等。结果:共纳入168个拟行PGT周期,其中PGT-A周期90个(53.6%),每取卵周期行PGT活检周期占72.4%(118/163)。获卵数1~3个组(n=49),4~6个组(n=70),7~8个组(n=49)PGT-A周期分别为65.3%,57.1%,36.7%,每取卵周期行PGT活检周期分别占38.6%,74.3%,100%,卵母细胞利用率(每卵子活检囊胚率)分别为24.2%、28.7%、44.4%,每卵子优质囊胚率分别为8.8%、12.6%、14.9%,差异均有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:获卵数≤6个,尤其≤3个时,谨慎行PGT-A,当获卵数≥7个时,行PGT活检成功率较高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of the number of oocytes retrieved of women on their blastocyst biopsy in preimplantation genetic testing(PGT)cycle.Methods:The women with the number of oocytes retrieved≤8oocytes who wanted PGT cycle were divided in group A(women with 1-3oocytes),group B(women with 4-6oocytes),and group C(women with 7-8oocytes).The proportions of the PGT of aneuploidy(PGT A)and the blastocyst biopsy in each oocytes retrieved cycle,and the egg utilization rate of the women were compared among group A,group B,and group C.Results:A total of 168PGT cycles were included in this study,of which,the PGT A cycles counted 53.6%(90/168),and the biopsy cycles counted 72.4%(118/163).There were 49women in group A,70women in group B,and 49women in group C.The proportions of the women with PGT A cycles in group A,in group B,and in group C were 65.3%,57.1%,and 36.7%,respectively,and which had significant differences among the three groups.The proportions of the women with biopsy cycles in group A,in group B,and in group C were 38.6%,74.3%,and 100%,respectively,and which had significant differences among the three groups.The egg utilization rates of the women in group A,in group B,and in group C were 24.2%,28.7%,and 44.4%,respectively,and which had significant differences among the three groups.The rates of high-quality blastocysts of the women in group A,in group B,and in group C were 8.8%,12.6%,and 14.9%,respectively,and which had significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:When the number of oocytes retrieved≤6oocytes,especially≤3oocytes,PGT A should be performed cautiously.When the number of oocytes≥7oocytes,the success rate of blastocyst biopsy in PGT cycles is higher.
