摘要
                
                    以分散聚合和种子聚合为实验依据,采用分散聚合法分别制备出3、5、7μm三种单分散聚苯乙烯微球,然后再分别以这三种单分散聚苯乙烯微球做种子,采用种子聚合法制备出9、11、13、15、17μm共5种粒径单分散聚苯乙烯微球,从而制备出粒径符合PM_(10)切割器评价需求的8种单分散微球。利用扫描电子显微镜对8种微球的粒径进行定值测量,结果表明,制备的单分散聚苯乙烯微球粒径均一、球形度较好,粒径分布的相对标准偏差不超过2.5%,并用于某PM_(10)切割器的评价,得到较好的效果。
                
                Based on dispersion polymerization and seed polymerization,three kinds of monodisperse polystyrene microspheres of 3,5 and 7μm were prepared by dispersion polymerization method,and then the three kinds of monodisperse polystyrene microspheres were used as seeds,respectively.A total of 5 kinds of monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with particle sizes of 9,11,13,15 and 17μm were prepared by seed polymerization,and 8 kinds of monodispersed microspheres with particle diameters that met the evaluation requirements of PM_(10)cutter were prepared.The particle size of 8 kinds of microspheres was measured by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the prepared monodisperse polystyrene microspheres have uniform particle size and good sphericity,and the relative standard deviation of particle size distribution does not exceed 2.5%.And it could be used for the evaluation of a PM_(10)cutter,and gets better results.
