摘要
聚苯乙烯微球是一种性能优异的功能材料,具有比表面积大、不易生物降解、微球粒径均一、易回收等特点。本文综述了乳液聚合、分散聚合、悬浮聚合、沉淀聚合、种子溶胀聚合等聚苯乙烯微球的制备方法,探讨了单体、引发剂、溶剂等因素对微球性能的影响,并介绍了功能化聚苯乙烯微球的制备方法,及其在生物医学、催化、复合材料、废水处理、石油化工等领域的应用,最后对其应用前景进行了展望。
Polystyrene microsphere was a kind of functional material with excellent performance,which had the characteristics of large specific surface area,difficult to biodegrade,uniform particle size and easy to recycle.The preparation of polystyrene microspheres,such as,emulsion polymerization,dispersion polymerization,suspension polymerization,precipitation polymerization and seed swelling polymerization were reviewed.The effects of monomer,initiator,solvent and other factors on the properties of microspheres were discussed.The methods of functionalized polystyrene microspheres and their applications in biomedicine,catalysis,composite materials,wastewater treatment and petrochemical industry were introduced.Finally,the application of functionalized polystyrene microspheres was prospected.
