摘要
目的:了解川滇野丁香Leptodermis pilosa全株的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱对川滇野丁香全株的化学成分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和现代波谱分析技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从川滇野丁香全株75%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(2)、阿江榄仁素(3)、东莨菪内酯(4)、咖啡酸甲酯(5)、丁香酸(6)、水杨酸(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2~7为首次从野丁香属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the whole-plant of Leptodermis pilosa.Methods:Silica gel,MCI,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of L.pilosa.The structures were identified based on physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic analysis techniques.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75%ethanol extract of the whole-plant of L.pilosa and identified as oleanolic acid(1),2α-hydroxyloleanolic acid(2),arjungenin(3),scopoletin(4),methyl caffeate(5),syringic acid(6),salicylic acid(7),and daucosterol(8).Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from L.pilosa for the first time,and compounds 2-7 were first isolated from genus Leptodermis.
