摘要
新媒体正在深入到人们生活的各方面。它为高校入党积极分子培养和教育带来新机遇和新挑战。在高校入党积极分子的培养工作中,存在着培训教育方式单一,党建网站功能不足,虚拟网络中监管难度大,党建工作队伍力量薄弱等问题。通过努力构建立体化培养体系,做好顶层设计,进一步强化新媒体技术在入党积极分子教育中的应用,构建以互联网为依托的教学交流平台,加强高校党务工作队伍建设,同时还应制定网络舆论监管机制,促进高校党建工作适应时代发展要求。
The new media is penetrating into all aspects of people's daily life,bringing new opportunities and challenges to foster and educate the applicants for Party Membership in colleges and universities.In the process of cultivating the Party activists,there are problems such as the single training and education method,insufficient functions of party building websites,difficulty in supervision in virtual networks,and weak strength of party building work teams.By building a three-dimensional training system,doing a top-level design,further strengthening the application of new media technology in the education of active members of the Communist Party of China,building a teaching and exchange platform based on the Internet,strengthening the construction of the university party work team,and also developing a network public opinion supervision mechanism to promote the university party building work to adapt to the development requirements of the times.
