摘要
大学生入党积极分子培养是高校党校的重要任务,是帮助入党积极分子端正入党动机、坚定共产主义信念、积极向党组织看齐的重要举措,同时对积极分子的培养也是党吐故纳新的重要环节。本文用问卷调查法和个人访谈法对北京印刷学院在发展学生党员时,对入党积极分子的考察和培养进行分析,发现北京印刷学院对学生入党积极分子的内容选择和培训效果均有良好的发展态势,对学生入党积极分子有很好的指导意义和启发作用。同时针对存在的问题给出建议,即加强培养引领,丰富培训形式,保持内容先进,完善监督机制。
The cultivation of college students’ activists for joining the Party is an important task of the Party school in colleges and universities, an important measure to help activists correct their motivation for joining the Party, strengthen their communist belief, and actively align themselves with the Party organization. At the same time, the cultivation of activists is also an important link for the Party to reform. This paper uses the method of questionnaire and personal interview to analyze the investigation and training of the activists for joining the Party when Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication is recruiting student party members. It finds that Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication has a good development trend in the content selection and training effect of the activists for joining the Party, which has a good guiding significance and inspiration for the activists for joining the Party. At the same time, suggestions are given for the existing problems. That is, strengthen training and guidance, enrich training forms, maintain advanced content, and improve the supervision mechanism.
