摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预对应用胃网膜右动脉进行全动脉化冠脉搭桥患者胃肠功能恢复的影响,以找到更加好的护理方法,优化患者护理方案的选择,更好的改善其病情。方法选取2020年1月至2022年5月应用胃网膜右动脉进行全动脉化冠脉搭桥的66例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为参照组(常规护理)和观察组(早期综合护理),每组33例。比较2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、心理状态改善情况、术后并发症发生率、术后舒适度、护理满意度,并以上述指标综合评定两种护理方案的应用效果。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均比对照组更短,护理后SAS评分、SDS评分比对照组更低,术后并发症发生率(6.06%)也比对照组(21.21%)更低,术后舒适度评分、护理满意度评分比对照组更高,2组患者上述指标的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理干预能促进应用胃网膜右动脉进行全动脉化冠脉搭桥患者术后胃肠功能恢复,缓解患者负面情绪,预防各类并发症的发生,提升患者舒适度,构建良好的护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients managed by total arterialized coronary artery bypass grafting with right gastroepiploic artery,aiming to find an optimal nursing method,optimize the nursing plan and improve their condition.Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent total arterialized coronary artery bypass grafting with right gastroepiploic artery in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as subjects.They were randomly assigned into two groups:control group(routine nursing)and observation group(early comprehensive nursing),with 33 cases in each group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,improvement of psychological state,incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The application effects of the two nursing schemes were evaluated by the above-mentioned indexes.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,time of first anal exsufflation,time of first defecation and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the Self-rated Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rated Depression Scale(SDS)scores after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(6.06%vs 21.21%,P<0.05).The scores of postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after total arterialized coronary artery bypass grafting with the right gastroepiploic artery,alleviate negative emotions,prevent the occurrence of various complications,improve comfort and build a good nurse-patient relationship.
