摘要不具有独立法人资格的中外合作办学机构(非法人机构)是新时代培养具有中国情怀和国际视野的未来人才的重要阵地。系统、全面构建非独立法人中外合作办学机构思政育人体系,是非法人机构落实立德树人根本任务的理论自觉和实践担当。本研究在分析非法人机构思政育人体系构建的必要性、厘清非法人机构思政教育内涵和目标的基础上,以西北工业大学伦敦玛丽女王大学工程学院思政育人体系构建为例,分析非法人机构在思政育人的实践困境,建议非法人机构创新完善思政育人体系,提升育人主体合力;分类引导思政教育重点,夯实育人要素基础;整合育人资源,构建全方位育人格局。 In the new era of higher education,Sino-foreign cooperatively-run education institutes without legal personality are at an important position to cultivate socialist talents with Chinese characteristics and international perspective.The systematic and comprehensive construction of the ideological and political education system in those joint schools is their theoretical consciousness and practical responsibility to implement the fundamental task of moral education.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the construction,clarifying the objectives and connotations of ideological and political education in above-mentioned institutes,this study takes the ideological and political education system of Queen Mary University of London Engineering School,Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example.It reviews the non-legal-person institute’s predicaments regarding its insufficient coordination in the subjects,elements,and resources of ideological and political education.This study suggests that the institutes without legal personality should innovate and improve their ideological and political education system while enhancing the joint force of the education subjects,guide the focus of ideological and political education with classifications to consolidate the foundation of educational elements,and integrate education resources,aiming to build an all-round education pattern.
