摘要
中外合作办学是高等教育国际化的具体实践,是我国高水平大学建设进程中的新探索,它为优质教育资源的交流搭建了平台。但是,中外合作办学在机制建设、质量保证及区域均衡发展方面依然面临诸多现实困境。鉴于此,其健康发展需要在监管体系、制度建设及内涵建设等方面进行有针对性的革新,以规范优质教育资源的引进,创新合作办学形式与途径,提高合作办学质量与水平。
Sino-foreign school-running cooperation, a new exploration in the process of constructing China＇s high level universities, is the practice of internationalization of higher education and it creates a platform for exchanging high quality educational resources. However, the cooperation is still confronted with difficulties in its mechanism construction, quality assurance and the regional balanced development. In view of this, to improve the quality of the cooperation, some targeted innovations should be made in the regulatory system, system construction and connotation construction so as to regulate the introduction of high quality educational resources and innovate the form of the cooperation.
