新时代高等职业院校劳动教育内涵式发展刍议 被引量:1

On the Connotative Development of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

摘要 新时代高等职业院校加强劳动教育是推动经济转型升级的现实需要,是高等职业教育提质升级的关键环节,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。近年来,在国家政策红利刺激之下,劳动教育迅速“破题”,各高等职业院校将劳动教育摆在突出位置,有组织、有计划地开展劳动教育。然而,表面上的轰轰烈烈并不能掩盖背后隐忧。为全面把握当前高等职业院校劳动教育的开展现状和学生的劳动素养,通过对全国14所高等职业院校2347名师生的调研发现,当前高等职业院校劳动教育仍然存在诸多问题:教育管理机制缺失,资源被无序开发,出现“量走高而质不足”的局面;社会支撑乏力,人才培养链条断裂,多元参与的育人体系尚未形成;劳动与教育分离,“劳而无教”或“教而无劳”等现象还普遍存在,学生获得感不强。诸多困境面前,高等职业院校劳动教育要摆脱重外延式扩张而轻内涵式深掘的思维,通过深化机制体制改革,构建纵横联动的组织管理体系、专兼结合的师资队伍体系、开放多元的考核评价体系;开足开好劳动教育必修课程,推动“劳育”与其他“四育”深度融合;整合校内外资源,打造家校社三位一体教育新样态;回归到“育人”原点,统整学生的教育世界和生活世界等路径,不断提升教育实效,推动劳动教育高质量内涵式发展。 Strengthening labor education in vocational colleges is a practical need to promote economic transformation and upgrading in the new era,a key step in the improvement and upgrading of higher vocational education,and an important approach to implement the fundamental task of morality cultivation and talent education.In recent years,labor education has made a breakthrough with the support of national policy:various vocational colleges have placed labor education in a prominent position and carried out educational activities in an organized manner.However,the ostensible grandeur cannot conceal hidden problems.To get a comprehensive perception of labor education in vocational colleges and the labor literacy of students,a survey of 2347 teacher and student from 14 vocational colleges nationwide was conducted,from which following problems are found:Absence of educational management mechanism and unorderly utility of educational resources lead to growth in quantity instead of growth in quality.Insufficient social support and broken talent training chain indicate that a multi-subject education system is yet to be established.The separation of labor and education,‘labor without teaching',‘teaching without labor'are still commonly found.Students hardly benefit from such labor education.To solve these problems,labor education in vocational colleges needs to break away from the mindset of over-emphasizing size and number while neglecting connotation-based development.By deepening institutional reform,a vertically and horizontally linked management system,a professional and part-time teaching staff system,an open and diversified assessment and evaluation system are to be established.It is necessary to fully open and improve the compulsory labor education courses and promote the deep integration of‘labor education'with other‘four educations';integrate internal and external resources to create a new form of‘Family-School-Community'education trinity;return to the origin of education,integrate the education world with the living world of students;constantly improve the efficiency of labor education and promote high-quality connotative development of labor education.
