玉米木质素废料改性沥青流变性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究玉米木质素工业废料在沥青改性中应用的可行性,本文首先采用针入度、软化点、测力延度等试验,考察了玉米木质素改性沥青的基本性能,然后利用高温动态剪切流变仪(DSR)温度扫描试验、低温弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)试验、多重应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)试验,针对玉米木质素改性沥青的流变性能进行综合分析。结果表明:木质素掺入后降低了沥青针入度、增大了软化点与测力延度峰值;流变试验表明,木质素可提升沥青老化前抗车辙性能、蠕变条件下应力恢复性能,但木质素对沥青老化后抗车辙性能以及低温抗裂性能具有一定不利影响。 In order to study the feasibility of the application of corn lignin industrial waste in asphalt modification,this paper firstly used the penetration,softening point,dynamometric ductility and other tests,the basic properties of corn lignin-modified asphalt were investigated,and then using high temperature dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)temperature sweep test,low temperature bending beam rheometer(BBR)test,multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR)test,a comprehensive analysis of the rheological properties of corn lignin modified asphalt was carried.The results show that the incorporation of lignin reduces the penetration of the asphalt,increases the softening point and the peak value of ductility.the rheological test shows that lignin can improve the anti-rutting performance of asphalt before aging and the stress recovery performance under creep conditions.however,lignin has a certain adverse Effect on the anti-rutting performance and low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt after aging.
