纳米TiO_(2)改性沥青的制备及其流变性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 选定一种纳米TiO_(2)粉体作为改性剂,制备不同掺量的纳米改性沥青,并对改性后的沥青进行流变指标试验,分析纳米粉体对不同基质沥青的改性效果。研究认为,纳米粉体在改善沥青稠度方面有着明显的效果,远大于普通填料带来的增稠效果。纳米TiO_(2)的加入对高温性能的改善有限,且对延展性能有消极影响,但可以提高改性沥青耐疲劳性能。以70号、90号沥青为基础的改性沥青中,两种改性沥青均在3.5%TiO_(2)掺量时体现出最大的疲劳次数。 A kind of nano-TiO_(2)powder was selected as modifier to prepare nano modified pitch with diff erent incorporation amounts,and rheological index tests were performed on the modified pitch to analyze the modification eff ect of nano-powder on diff erent matrix asphalt.It is believed that the nano-powder has a significant eff ect in improving pitch consistency,which is much greater than that brought about by common fillers.The addition of nano-TiO_(2)has limited improvement on the high-temperature performance and negatively aff ects the ductility,but can improve the fatigue resistance of modified pitch.4In the modified asphalt based on 70#,90#asphalt,both modified asphalt refl ect the maximum number of fatigue times at 3.5%TiO_(2)incorporation.
