摘要
为了实现对废弃果核壳资源的充分有效利用,以废弃桃核壳、杏核壳和枣核为原料,采用常用的方法对废弃果核壳中各组分的含量进行测定。结果表明:利用硫酸与重铬酸钾氧化法测得废弃桃核壳、杏核壳和枣核中纤维素的质量分数分别为15.53%、22.45%、20.83%;利用2 mol·L^(-1)盐酸水解法测得的废弃桃核壳、杏核壳和枣核中半纤维素的质量分数分别为19.55%、21.49%、18.18%;利用72%硫酸法测得的废弃桃核壳、杏核壳和枣核中木质素的质量分数分别为:40.64%、35.78%、38.30%。为后续废弃果核壳资源的开发利用奠定了基础。
In order to make full and effective use of waste fruit core and shell resources,waste peach kernel shell,apricot kernel shell and jujube kernel are used as raw materials in this paper.The content of each component in waste fruit core and shell is determined by common method.The results show that the mass fractions of cellulose in waste peach kernel shell,apricot kernel shell and jujube kernel are 15.53%,22.45%and 20.83%respectively;the mass fractions of hemicellulose in waste peach kernel shell,apricot kernel shell and jujube kernel measured by 2mol·L^(-1) hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method are 19.55%,21.49%and 18.18%respectively;the mass fractions of lignin in waste peach kernel shell,apricot kernel shell and jujube kernel measured by 72%sulfuric acid method are 40.64%,35.78%and 38.30%respectively.It lays a foundation for the subsequent development and utilization of waste fruit core and shell resources.
