摘要
“播种器械+智能监测”作为实现精量精准播种作业的重要智能装备,对提高土地生产质量、配置能力和规范农业生产极其重要。本研究以气吸式穴播器为基础,分析现阶段智能播种监测装置研究进展和检测技术的发展现状,重点阐述适配于不同类型排种器、不同作物的智能播种监测设备,其中主要包括光电式、电容式、压电式和机器视觉式,分析其适配对象、工作原理、结构和优劣性,并提出新时期新农业发展要求下的智能监测设备的发展方向。
"Seeding equipment+intelligent monitoring"is an important intelligent equipment to achieve accurate seeding operation.It could not only improve the quality of agricultural production and the ability of land allocation,but also is extremely important for the standardization of agricultural production.Based on the air-suction hole seeder,the research progress of intelligent seeding monitoring device and the development status of detection technology were analyzed in this paper.This research focused on the intelligent monitoring equipment that could adapt to different types of seeding devices and different crops.It mainly included that the analysis of the adaptation object,working principle,structure and advantages and disadvantages of monitoring methods based on the photoelectric,capacitive,piezoelectric and machine vision.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing seeding monitoring technology,the development direction of intelligent monitoring equipment under the requirements of new agricultural development in the new era was proposed.
