New Small Capacitance Measuring Circuit for Capacitance Sensor

摘要 基于电荷放大原理提出了一种新型的用于电容传感器的微弱电容测量电路。该电路具有较强的抗杂散电容性能 ;较好的解决了电子开关的电荷注入效应对测量分辨率的影响问题 ;该电路无需滤波器 ,基于该新型电路的电容数据采集系统可以达到很高的数据采集速度。试验测试表明该电路线性度好 ,灵敏度为 4 .8m V/f F,分辨率可达到 0 .5 f F。 A new small capacitance measuring circuit based on charge amplifier principle was developed for capacitance sensor. The advantages of this circuit are stray immune, high resolution because of no effect of charge injection and high data acquisition rate because of no filter in this circuit. Test results show that the linearity of this circuit is good, the sensitivity of 4.8 mV/fF and resolution of 0.5 fF can be achieved.
