摘要
公犬隐睾是小动物临床诊疗中常见的一种生殖系统疾病,往往伴随着性欲低下及生殖功能障碍,且滞留于腹腔中的睾丸存在着恶性转变的可能,危害性很大,因此最好尽快手术摘除。在临床中,公犬隐睾常用的诊断方法为触诊和B超检查,文章结合皖西学院教学动物医院临床中一只公犬单侧隐睾摘除手术,探讨了隐睾的诊断与治疗方法,以期为小动物疾病临床诊疗提供参考。
The cryptorchidism of male dog is a common reproductive system disease in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of small animals.It is often accompanied by low sexual desire and reproductive dysfunction.The testi-cles retained in the abdominal cavity may have the opportunity of malignant transformation,which is very harmful.Therefore,it is best to remove them as soon as possible.In clinical practice,the commonly used diagnostic methods for cryptorchidism in male dog are palpation and B-ultrasound examination.The diagnosis and surgical treatment of unilateral cryptorchidism of a male dog undergoing unilateral cryptorchidism removal surgery at the Teaching Ani-mal Hospital of West Anhui University were explored,in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of small animal diseases.
