MMP-2与PGP9.5在胃癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和蛋白基因产物9.5(proteingeneproduct9.5,PGP9.5)在人胃癌中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测80例胃癌和10例正常胃组织中MMP-2和PGP9.5表达情况。结果MMP-2和PGP9.5在胃癌组织中阳性表达率分别为58.7%,70.0%;在正常胃组织中均无表达。MMP-2的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关,而与肿瘤分化程度无关;PGP9.5的表达与肿瘤分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均有关。结论MMP-2和PGP9.5在胃癌侵袭及转移过程中发挥重要作用,可作为侵袭性胃癌的分子标志物,对其表达进行监控有助于胃癌预后的判断。 Objective To evaluate the roles of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-2) and PGP9.5 (protein gene product 9.5, PGPg. 5) in the development ,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma as well as their interaction. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and PGP9.5 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 80 gastric carcinoma and 10 normal gastric tissues. Results The expression of MMP-2 and PGP9.5 were observed in 47 eases (58.7%) and in 56(70.0% ) respectively ,whereas no expression was detected in normal epithelium. There were signifieant correlation between the positive expression of MMP-2 and depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis ,TNM staging, except of differentiation. PGPg. 5 positivity was correlated with differentiation, depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion The positive expression of MMP-2 and PGP9.5 was correlated with the invasion and metastasis of in gastric carcinoma. The expression may be important to the determination of the malignant biological property and the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
