摘要
能源工业的重资产配置对其工业增加值和环境绩效的影响至关重要,理清其相互作用关系对中国投资结构改善和实现双碳目标具有重大意义。以中国能源工业2002—2020年的行业面板数据为样本,构建中介效应模型,通过面板数据逐步回归实证检验了重资产配置、工业增加值与环境绩效之间的作用关系。结果表明:①低碳节能型的重资产配置可以有效提高工业增加值和环境绩效;②工业增加值与环境绩效负相关,且工业增加值在一定程度上掩盖了重资产配置对环境绩效的真实作用效果;③通过进一步对双碳目标实施前后的异质性检验发现,在经济高质量发展阶段,增加重资产配置对环境绩效的提升作用更显著。根据上述研究,能源工业应加快生产设备转型升级,加强战略性的重资产配置;政府应加强宏观调控和政策引导。
It is crucial that the impact of the fixed asset allocation on its industrial turnover and environmental performance in energy industry turnover,and clarifying their interaction is of great significance to the improvement of our country′s investment structure and the realization of the dual carbon goal.Taking the industry panel data of China′s energy industry from 2002 to 2020 as a sample,the mediation effect model was constructed,and the relationship between fixed asset allocation,industrial turnover and environmental performance was empirically tested through the gradual regression of the panel data.The result showed that:①The energy-saving fixed asset allocation could improve industrial turnover and environmental performance effectively.②Industrial turnover was negatively correlated with environmental performance,and industrial turnover to a certain extent concealed the real effect of fixed asset allocation on environmental performance.③The heterogeneity test pointed out that fixed asset allocation under the dual-carbon goal had a more significant effect on environmental performance in the stage of high-quality economic development.Therefore,it was proposed that the energy industry should speed up the transformation and upgrading of production equipment,strengthen the strategic fixed asset allocation;the government should strengthen macro-guidance and policy-making.
