PBL+LBL用于妇产科轮转住院医师住培教学的效果 被引量:4

Effect of PBL+LBL on Training of Rotating Residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 目的分析在妇产科轮转住院医师在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学中应用以问题为基础的学习方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合传统的讲授式教学法(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL)的效果。方法抽取2020年7月—2021年4月于滨州医学院附属医院妇产科接受住培教学的轮转住院医师进行分析,样本量共计纳入70名。以研究对象入科时间不同将其分成两组,参比组开展LBL教学,研究组则开展PBL+LBL教学。对比不同组别住院医师的考核成绩、学习积极性及临床能力。结果研究组理论考试(95.79±2.20)分、基本操作(98.34±1.26)分以及总成绩(97.23±2.14)分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习积极性为97.14%,明显高于参比组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时对两组临床能力展开对比可见,研究组医患沟通能力(94.48±2.36)分、人文关怀(95.47±2.41)分、临床思维能力(95.88±2.56)分、查体诊断(93.36±3.21)分、团队协作能力(93.42±3.47)分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科轮转住院医师住培教学中应用PBL+LBL教学方法能有效提高轮转住院医师的住培教学考核成绩,提高其学习积极性及临床综合能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying problem-based learning method(PBL)combined with traditional teaching based teaching method(LBL)in the training of rotating residents in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 70 rotating residents who received residential training in department of obstetrics and gynecology,Binzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected for analysis.The subjects were divided into two groups according to their entry time.The reference group carried out LBL teaching,while the research group carried out PBL+LBL teaching.The assessment results,learning enthusiasm and clinical ability of residents in different groups were compared.Results The theoretical test score(95.79±2.20)points,basic operation score(98.34±1.26)points and total score(97.23±2.14)points of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm of the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the comparison of clinical ability between the two groups shows that,The doctor-patient communication ability(94.48±2.36)points,humanistic care(95.47±2.41)points,clinical thinking ability(95.88±2.56)points,physical examination diagnosis(93.36±3.21)points and teamwork ability(93.42±3.47)points of the study group were all higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+LBL teaching method in the regular training teaching of rotating residents in obstetrics and Gynecology can effectively improve the examination results of regular training teaching of rotating residents,improve their learning enthusiasm and clinical comprehensive ability.
