摘要
建立健全职工医保门诊共济保障机制,是新形势下完善我国医疗保障制度的重要任务部署。文章梳理了职工医保个人账户的设立背景与历史作用,提炼了个人账户现存的突出问题,提出了门诊共济保障机制改革建议,以期确保职工门诊保障问题妥善解决,促进职工医保的可持续发展,推动医疗保障事业高质量发展。
It is an important task to improve China’s medical security system under the new situation to establish and improve the employee medical insurance outpatient coordination guarantee mechanism.It aims to comb the establishment background and historical of the individual account of employee medical insurance,extract the outstanding existing problems of the individual account,and put forward the suggestions on the reform of outpatient coordination guarantee mechanism,so as to ensure that the problem of employee outpatient security is properly solved,promote the sustainable development of employee medical insurance and the high-quality development of medical security.
