摘要
公立医院薪酬制度对于医疗服务提供、利用及卫生费用具有广泛而重要的影响,应该成为我国公立医院改革所关注的核心内容之一。文章简要介绍了我国现行公立医院薪酬制度的基本内容,总结并分析了存在的主要问题,并对公立医院薪酬制度改革提出了若干建议。
The payment policy of public hospitals had extensive and important influences on provision and utilization of medicalservices and health expenditure, which should be one of the core issues in public hospital reform in China. It briefly introduced the ba-sic content of payment system in public hospitals of China, summarized and analyzed the existing main problems and provided severalsuggestions for the reform of payment system in public hospitals.
