摘要
该文采用文献资料法、特尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法,对影响校园足球后备人才的培养因素进行研究并提出优化策略。研究结果表明,保障机制是中学女足后备人才的主要影响因素,其次分别是教练员、运动员以及社会环境。研究认为:竞技走向思维;缺乏就业渠道;缺乏各阶段专业训练教材;缺乏社会关注,商业价值较低,会导致校园中学女足后备人才培养不系统。优化策略:(1)广办赛事,扎根校园;(2)广设足球运动场地;(3)加强师资建设,加大学校与社会力量联系;(4)加强校园足球文化建设。
This paper uses the methods of literature,Delphi and AHP to study the factors affecting the cultivation of campus football reserve talents and puts forward optimization strategies.Research results show that the security mechanism is the main influencing factor of women's football reserve talents in middle schools,followed by coaches,athletes and social environment.The research believes that competition-oriented thinking,the lack of employment channels,professional training materials at all stages and social attention,and low commercial value lead to the unsystematic cultivation of women's campus football reserve talents in middle schools.Optimization strategies are as follows.(1)Widely organize events and take root on campus.(2)Widely construct football sports venues.(3)Strengthen the construction of teachers and increase the connection between schools and social forces.(4)Strengthen the construction of campus football culture.
