摘要
加强和加快以《体育法》为核心、以建立体育法规体系为目标的配套体育立法,是当前实施《体育法》、全面实现“依法治体”的重要任务。在对我国体育法规体系总体框架模式探讨的基础上,重点对该体系各部门体育法规的基本框架进行了理论预测和研究构想,从内容和形式两个方面对体育立法项目进行了初步的设计。
To enhance and facilitate setting up a law and regulation system in sport with the “sport Law of China”as a core is important now for implementing “sport Law of China”and rule with law in Chinese sports.On the base of discussing the structure of Chinese sports law system,most effect is spent on theoretical prediction and research scheme concerning basic law and regulation structure for each branch of the system. A preliminary scheme about legislation for sports in China is worked out in respect of form and content in this paper.
